About the program

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program?

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a structured level of mental health treatment that provides multiple therapy sessions per week — including individual therapy, group therapy, and psychiatric care — without requiring an overnight stay.

Into the Light’s IOP near Los Angeles and Orange County is designed for adults who need more support than traditional weekly therapy, but want to continue living at home while in treatment. Morning and evening IOP programs are available to fit your schedule.
